Ingredients :
100g French Beans
100g Carrot
100g Cauliflower
100g Green Peas
100g Paneer
100g Potatoes
2 cubes Butter
3 Onions
2 Tomatoes
1/4 cup Cashewnuts
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2tbsp Oil
Whole Spices
1 Bay Leaf
1 Black Cardamom
Half Mace
1 Cinnamon
1 Clove
1/4tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2tsp K. Red Chilli Powder
1/2tsp Degi Mirch
1/2tsp Coriander Powder
1/2tsp Cumin Powder
1.5tsp Salt
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Kasuri Methi powder
2tbsp Fresh Cream
100g Yogurt

Method :
1. Heat a tablespoon of oil and 1 cube of butter in a kadhai. Add potatoes and fry for 2 mins. Add carrot, french beans and cauliflower. Add 1/2tsp Salt and Cook for 3 - 4 mins till they 50 - 60% cooked.
2. Heat 100ml oil in a kadhai and add sliced onions to it. Fry the onions till light golden brown. Add cashewnuts and cook them for a minute. Remove and grind to a fine paste using half cup of water. Also grind tomatoes to a fine paste separately.
3. Take a kadhai and add a little oil to it. Add the whole spices and a cube of butter to it. Saute the whole spices for a few seconds.
4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute or two.
5. Add mentioned spices and saute for a few seconds.
6. Add tomato puree and cook till the oil separates.
7. Add onion cashewnut paste. Cook till the oil separates.
8. Add fried veggies and salt . Cover & Cook for 2 - 3 mins or till the veggies are 100% cooked.
9. Add paneer and green pease. Mix well and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
10. Add kasuri methi, garam masala, sugar and fresh cream. Mix well and bring to a boil.
11. Serve with basmati rice or parathas and Enjoy :)
