Ingredients :
2 cups Milk
1/3 cup Sugar
2tbsp Milk Powder
1/4tsp Cardamom Powder
Few Strands of Kesar
1tbsp Chopped Almonds
1tbsp Chopped Cashewnuts
1tbsp Chopped Pistachios
3 Alphanso Mangoes
Chopped Nuts for Garnish
Method :
1. Add milk, sugar, milk powder, cardamom powder and kesar strands to a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and reduce till its half.
2. Add chopped nuts and mix well. Cool the mixture.
2. Wash and slice of the heads of the mangoes.
3. Make cuts around the seed and pull out the seed.
4. Pour the cooled kulfi mixture. Place the heads back on it and freeze them for 7 - 8 hours or until set.
5. Once set, peel off the skin and slice them.
6. Garnish with some chopped nuts and enjoy.
