Ingredients:
80g Strawberry Flavoured Custard Powder
1 litre Milk
200g Sugar
100ml Fresh Cream
2 - 3tbsp Condensed Milk or as per taste
1/4tsp Strawberry Essence
Few drops of Pink Food Color
2 Apples
2 Bananas
2 Chikoos
Fruit Cocktail
10 - 12 Cashewnuts
10 - 12 Almonds
10 - 12 Raisins

Method :
1. Take 1/2 cup milk from 1 litre and mix it with the custard powder.
2. Heat rest of the milk and bring it to a boil.
3. Add sugar and cook till it dissolves.
4. Add custard milk mixture slowly and mix vigorously to avoid lumps.
5. Once it thickens cook it for 4 - 5 mins and turn off the flame.
6. Allow it to cool completely.
7. Once it is set, start beating it with a hand blender till smooth.
8. Add strawberry essence, fresh cream and condensed milk. Mix it well.
9. Adding color is optional.
10. Add chopped fruits, strain the fruit cocktail syrup and add the fruits to the custard along with dry fruits.
11. Mix well and Enjoy.
