Ingredients :
7 - 8 Boiled Eggs
Grind to paste ⬇️
1/2 Cup Fried Onions or Birista
2 - 3 Green Chillies
6 - 7 Cashewnuts
1/2 cup Curd
For Curry⬇️
1/2 cup Oil
Whole Spices :
1/2tsp Cumin Seeds
4 Green Cardamoms
4 Cloves
6 - 7 Black Pepper Corns
2 Bay Leaves
1 Cinnamon Stick
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Degi Mirch
1tsp K. Red Chilli Powder
2tsp Coriander Powder
1/2tsp Cumin Powder
1tsp Salt
1/2 cup Tomato Paste
1 Maggi Chicken Cube
1.5 cups Water
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1tsp Kasuri Methi
Chopped Coriander
Method :
1. Slit or prick the eggs and fry them in oil till they turn light golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same oil, add whole spices and saute till they crackle.
3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute till the raw smell goes away.
4. Add the salt and mentioned spices with a tablespoon of water. Mix well and cook till the oil separates.
5. Add tomato paste and cook till the oil separates.
6. Add ground paste and mix well. Cook again till the oil separates.
7. Add maggi chicken cube or chicken powder. Mix well.
8. Add water and bring to a boil.
9. Add garam masala and kasuri methi. Mix well.
10. Add fried eggs and garnish with chopped coriander.
