Ingredients :
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1tsp Salt
1tsp Sugar
1/2tbsp Oil
Water as Required
250g Chicken Mince
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1tsp Salt
1tsp Pepper
1tsp Cumin Powder
2 - 3tbsp Water if mince is too dry
2 Eggs
1 Cup Spring Onions
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
1/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp Pepper
1/4tsp Cumin Powder
1/4tsp Garam Masala
Mozzarella Cheese
Oil to Shallow Fry

Method :
1. Combine all purpose flour, salt, sugar, oil and water as required to form a dough. Knead it for 8 - 10 mins and allow it to reat for 30 mins.
2. Take chicken mince in a pan, add salt, ginger garlic paste, pepper annd cumin powder.
3. Add 2 - 3tbsp water if too dry. Cook the mince for 7 - 8 mins.
4. Cool and transfer to a bowl. Add eggs, spring onions, coriander leaves, salt, pepper, cumin powder and garam masala. Mix well.
5. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
6. Roll out the dough thin as shown in the video.
7. Place chicken filling and mozzarella cheese over it. Close from all 4 sides to form a square.
8. Shallow fry on low medium flame till light golden brown.
9. Cut it into bite size pieces and Enjoy.
