Roll Cut Kulfi Recipe | Creamy Ice Cream Rolls in 4 Flavours

Creamy, rich roll cut kulfi made at home with a fun street-style twist and irresistible flavors.

Recipe

Ingredients :
1 litre Milk
4tbsp Milk Powder
1/2 cup Milk
1tbsp Cornflour
2tbsp Milk
3/4 cup Sugar or as per taste
1/4tsp Cardamom Powder
Flavors :
Pista + Green Color
Kaju + Badam
Strawberry Crush + Pink Color
Mango

Method :
1. Bring milk to a boil.
2. Mix milk powder with half cup milk. Add to milk and reduce for 15 mins.
3. Add sugar as per taste and cardamom powder. Mix well.
4. Reduce this mixture for another 15 mins.
5. Mix cornflour with 2tbsp milk. Add to the milk and cook for 5 mins.
6. Cool and divide into 4 parts.
7. Add kulfi mix, pista and green color in blender. Blend and add to a paper cup.
8. Add kaju badam to kulfi base and blend. Pour this mixture in a paper cup.
9. Blend kulfi base, strawberry crush and pink color. Pour in paper cup.
10. Blend kulfi base and mango. Pour in paper cup.
11. Cover with cling film and freeze for 8 - 10 houra or overnight.
12. Cut it into slices and Enjoy.
