Egg and Prawn Fried Rice – A quick, flavorful, restaurant-style fried rice packed with juicy prawns, fluffy eggs, and aromatic seasonings.

Ingredients :
15 - 20 Prawns
1 Cup Golden Sella Rice
2 Eggs
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
2 - 3tbsp Oil (to fry prawns and eggs)
2tbsp Oil
1tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
1/2tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
1 Chilli
2 Spring Onion Whites
1/4 Cup Chopped Carrot
1/4 Cup Chopped French Beans
1/2tspSalt as per taste
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tsp Sugar
1/2tsp Ajinamoto
1/2tsp Chings Fried Rice Masala
1tbsp Green Chilli Sauce
1tbsp Light Soya Sauce
1/2tbsp Vinegar
1 Spring Onion Greens

Method :
1. Wash and soak rice for 2 hours.
2. Add a pinch of salt & pepper to eggs. Beat well.
3. Add a pinch of salt & pepper to prawns. Mix well.
4. Add 1tbsp salt to water and bring to a boil. Add soaked rice and cook 100 %. Strain rice and spread on a plate.
5. Heat oil in a pan. Fry prawns for 3 - 4 mins.
6. In same pan, take 1tbsp oil. Add beaten eggs. Scramble them and set aside.
7. Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic, ginger and chilli. Saute for a minute.
8. Add spring onion whites, finely chopped carrot and french beans. Saute for few seconds.
9. Add salt, black pepper, sugar, ajinamoto, chings fried rice masala. Mix well.
10. Add boiled rice, scrambled eggs, fried prawns, spring onion greens along with green chilli sauce, light soya sauce and white vinegar. Mix well and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
