Ingredients :
10 - 12 Chicken Lollipop
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1tsp K. Red Chilli Powder
1/4tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1.5tsp Vinegar
1/4 cup Cornflour
3tbsp All Purpose Flour
1.5tsp K. Red Chilli Powder
1/4tsp Salt
1 Egg
Oil to Deep Fry
1tbsp Oil
1tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
1tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
3tbsp Onion (finely chopped)
2tbsp Schezwan Sauce
2tbsp Tomato Sauce
1tsp Vinegar
1tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1tsp Sugar
Cornflour Slurry (1tsp Cornflour + 4tbsp Water)
2tbsp Spring Onion Greens
Method :
1. Marinate with chicken lollipop with salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, pepper, dark soy and vinegar for 30 mins.
2. Add cornflour, all purpose flour, chilli powder, salt and egg. Mix Well.
3. Deep fry in hot oil for 6 - 7 mins.
4. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger. Saute for a minute.
5. Add onion. Saute till translucent.
6. Add schezwan sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, dark soy and sugar. Mix well and bring to a boil.
7. Mix cornflour and water. Add it to the pan. Mix well and birng it to a boil.
8. Add fried lollipops and mix it well. Garnish with spring onion greens.
