Mini Chicken Shawarma
Ingredients - Dough :
1/2 cup Warm Water
1tbsp Sugar
1tsp Instant Yeast
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Milk
3 Cups Flour
1tsp Salt
1 - 2tbsp Oil
Chicken Filling
300g Chicken
2tbsp Oil
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2tbsp Curd
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2tsp Coriander Powder
1/2tsp Cumin Powder
1/2tsp Kitchen King Masala
1/4tsp Garam Masala
1tsp Piri Piri Masala
1 Small Onion
1 Small Tomato
1 Small Capsicum
1 Chilli
1/2 cup Mayo
2tbsp Tomato Sauce
Method :
1. To prepare dough - mix warm water with sugar and instant yeast. Cover for 15 mins till it rises.
2. Break an egg and add milk to it. Beat well.
3. Take all purpose flour in a bowl. Add salt and mix well.
4. Add proofed yeast and egg milk mixture. Bring to flour together to form a dough.
5. Add oil and massage till smooth.
6. Cover and let it double in size.
7. Punch it down and divide into small portions.
8. Roll out the dough ball to quarter inch thickness.
9. Cut out small circles.
10. Let it rest for 10 mins.
11. Cook on tawa on low flame till it gets brown spots.

To prepare Chicken Filling :
1. Add oil to a pan. Add chicken cut into small pcs, ginger garlic paste, curd, salt and spices. Mix well and cook till chicken is well done. Turn off flame.
2. Add onions, tomatoes, capsicum, finely chopped chilli. Mix well.
3. Add mayo and sauce. Mix well.
Assembling :
Cut open the mini shawarma breads. Pipe som mayo. Add lettuce ice berg or sald of your choice.
Place filling and enjoy.
