Ingredients :
Mango Milk
1/2 cup Chopped Mangoes
1/4 cup Sugar or as per taste
500ml Milk
Chream Cheese Frosting
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup Cream Cheese
4tbsp Powdered Sugar or as per taste
1tsp Vanilla Essence
Other Ingredients :
Sponge Cake
Chopped Mangoes
Chopped Nuts for Garnishing
Method :
1. To prepare the mango milk, blend chopped mango, sugar as per taste and milk.
2. Prepeare cream cheese frosting by whipping butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla essence till stiff peaks consistency.
3. Cut the spong cake into square as per size of tray. Keep it a little smaller than the actual tray size leaving enough space for it to expands when it absorbs the milk.
4. Assemble your mango tres leches by pouring 1/3 cup mango milk in tres leches box.
5. Add a slice of sponge cake, pour 1/3 cup mango milk over the cake.
6. Pipe the cream cheese frosting over it.
7. Place chopped mangoes on it.
8. Garnish with chopped nuts and Enjoy.
