Recipe

Ingredients :
Manchurian
Half Cabbage
4 - 5tbsp All Purpose Flour
2tbsp Cornflour
1tsp Salt
1/4tsp Chinese Salt
(Ajinamoto)
1tbsp Vinegar
A pinch of orange red food color
Water as required
Oil to Deep Fry

Sauce:
2tbsp Oil
1tbsp Garlic
1/2tbsp Ginger
2 Green Chillies
1 Spring Onion White
1 Cup Water
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Aromat Powder
1/2tsp Sugar
1/2tsp Pepper
1tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1tbsp Schezwan Sauce
1tbsp Tomato Sauce
1tsp Vinegar
Cornflour slurry (1/2tbsp Cornflour + 2tbsp Water)

Other Ingredients:
Readmade Fried Noodles
Cabbage
Lettuce
Spring Onion Greens

Method :
1. Cut the cabbage fine and combine with all purpose flour, cornflour, salt, Vinegar, orange red food color and water as required. All it to rest for an hour.
2. For the sauce, heat oil in a pan. Add garlic ginger and chillies. Saute for 1 - 2 mins.
3. Add spring onion whites and saute till translucent.
4. Add water, all the seasonings and sauce. Bring to a boil
5. Add cornflour slurry and mix well. Bring to a boil and turn off the flame.
6. Place small portions of cabbage batter in hot oil. Deep fry for 8 - 10 mins.
7. Remove in a bowl. Add shredded cabbage, fried noodles, shredded lettuce ice berg leaves and the prepared sauce. Mix well and serve.
