Ingredients :
40g Butter
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 cup Malai
2 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1tsp Baking Powder
1/4 cup Milk
A pinch of Pink Food Color

Method :
1. In a bowl, combine butter and powdered sugar.
2. Add cream and mix well.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla essence. Beat well.
4. Sieve the all purpose flour and baking powder. Mix using cut an fold method.
5. Add milk and a pinch of pink color.
6. Transfer to a lined tray and bake in preheated oven at 180° C for 40 - 45 mins.
7. Allow it to cool down at room temp.
8. Cut it into slices and Enjoy.
