Ingredients :
800g Chicken
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
1/2 cup Mint Leaves
3 - 4 Green Chillies
1/2 cup Curd
1/2 cup Oil
2tbsp Desi Ghee
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2tsp Degi Mirch
3 - 4 Chilles (slitted)
1tsp Salr
1tbsp Coriander Powder
1tsp White Pepper Powder
1tsp Cumin Powder
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 - 3tbsp Fresh Cream
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1/2tsp Kasuri Methi
Chopped Coirander for Garnish
Method :
1. Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, chillies and curd to a fine paste.
2. Heat oil and ghee. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 30 - 40 secs.
3. Add red chilli and turmeric powder. Saute for a few seconds.
4. Add chicken and mix well. Cook on medium to high flame for 8 - 10 mins.
5. Add green chillies and mix well.
6. Add ground paste and mix well. Saute for 2 - 3 mins.
7. Add salt and coriander, cumin, white pepper and black pepper powders. Saute for 2 mins.
8. Add fresh cream, garam masala and kasuri methi. Mix well and cook till oil separates.
9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
