Ingredients :
500g Chicken
2 Cups Coriander Leaves
2 Cups Mint Leaves
4 - 5 Green Chillies
2tbsp Melon Seeds
10 Cashewnuts
1tbsp Kasuri Methi
1/2 Cup Curd
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Oil
Whole Spices:
2 Cinnamon Sticks
5 Green Cardamoms
1 Black Cardamom
4 Cloves
3 Onions
2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Cup Water
1tsp Salt
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Homemade Garam Masala (Recipe on My Channel)
1/2tsp Chicken Powder or Aromat Powder
3 Green Chillies
2tbsp Fresh Cream

Method :
1. Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, melon seeds, cashewnuts, kasuri methi and yogurt to a fine paste using a half cup water or as required.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add whole spices. Saute for few seconds.
3. Add chopped onions. Fry till light golden brown.
4. Add chicken and cook till it turns white.
5. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
6. Add ground paste and salt. Mix well. Cover and cook on low flame till oil separates. This would take 5 - 7 mins.
7. Add water and mix well. Bring to a boil.
8. Add sugar, garam masala and chicken powder or aromat powder. Mix well and let it cook for another 2 mins. Sugar does not make it sweet it just balances the flavor.
9. Garnish with green chillies and fresh cream.
10. Enjoy with basmatice and lacha pyaaz.
