How to Make Kachcha Aam Papad at Home | Summer Special Recipe

Turn raw mangoes into a sweet, tangy, and chewy homemade Aam Papad that's pure summer nostalgia!

Ingredients :
500g Raw Mangoes
1/2 cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
1/2tbsp Cumin Powder
1/2tbsp Black Salt
1/2tbsp Chaat Masala
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Chilli Flakes
Green Food Color

Method :
1. Wash the raw mangoes. Peel and cut into small pieces.
2. Transfer the chopped mangoes to a pan alomg with water. Boil for 10 - 12 mins till they are soft.
3. Cool and grind to a fine paste.
4. Transfer to a pan. Add sugar and cook for 20 mins.
5. Add the mentioned spices and mix well. Cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Add food color. Mix well and pour it on greased thalis. Grease the thali with oil before you pour the mixture on it. Allow it to dry for 2 days.
7. Cut it into strips or small pieces and enjoy.
