Homemade Aam Panna | Kacche Aam Ka Sharbat Recipe

Ingredients:
500g Raw Mangoes 🥭
1/2 cup Water 💧
1/2 tsp Salt 🧂
1/2tbsp Black Salt 🧂
1/2tbsp Roasted Cumin Powder 🌿
1/2tbsp Black Pepper Powder ⚫
1/4 Cup Water 💦
250g Sugar 🍬
Method:
1. Cook raw mangoes 🥭 with half cup water 💧 and salt 🧂 in a pressure cooker. Take 5 whistles.
2. Separate the skin and remove the pulp.
3. Add black salt, roasted cumin powder 🌿 and black pepper powder ⚫. Grind to a fine paste.
4. Add 1/4 cup water 💦 and sugar 🍬 in a vessel. Cook till 1 string consistency.
5. Add raw mango pulp. Mix well and bring to a boil. Turn off the flame and let it cool completely.
6. Pour some ice cubes ❄️, pulp and water in a glass. Stir & enjoy this refreshing drink!
