Hariyali Mutton

Ingredients :
Grind to paste
Handful of Coriander Leaves
Handful of Mint Leaves
6 Green Chillies
Juice of Half Lemon
2tbsp Water

1/2 Cup Oil
5 Green Cardamoms
2 Cinnamon
2 Bay Leaves
3 Medium Sized Onions (chopped finely)
500g Mutton
1tsp Salt
1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Spices :
2tsp Coriander Powder
1tsp Cumin Powder
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Garam Masala
2tsp Kasuri Methi
1 Cup Water

Method :
1. Grind to paste coriander, mint, green chillies, lemon juice and water.
2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add whole spices. Saute for few seconds.
3. Add chopped onions. Saute for 8 - 10 mins. Do not make brown.
4. Add mutton and cook on high flame till it changes color.
5. Add salt & ginger garlic paste. Cook for 3 - 4 mins.
6. Add ground paste and masalas. Mix well. Cook till oil separates.
7. Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil.
8. Pressure cook on high flame till 1 whistle comes then lower the flame and take 3 whistles.
9. Enjoy with rice, rumali roti and with a good russian salad.
