Gajar Ka Halwa
Ingredients :
1/2 Cup Ghee
1kg Carrots
1litre Milk
1 Cup Sugar or as per taste
20 - 25 Blanched Almonds
10 - 15 Cashewnuts
Method :
1. Clean and grate the carrots.
2. Reduce milk till its half quantity.
3. Blanche almonds and chop them. Chop the cashewnuts.
4. Heat ghee to a pan. Add grated carrots.
5. Cook till the moisture from the carrots is completely dried.
6. Add reduced milk and cook till it is completely absorbed.
7. Add sugar and cook for 5 mins or till it dissolves.
8. Add chopped nuts. Mix well and Enjoy.
