Sheer Khurma Recipe ✨
🛒 Ingredients:
🍂 1/2 Cup Dried Dates (Khajur)
🥜 1/2 Cup Almonds (Badam)
💚 1/3 Cup Pistachios (Pista)
🌰 1/4 Cup Charoli
🥥 1/4 Cup Cashew Nuts (Chopped)
🥛 2.5 L Milk
🥫 Half Tin Condensed Milk
🍚 1 & 1/2 Cup Sugar (or as per taste)
🍜 75g Roasted Sevaiyan
🧈 1/2 Cup Ghee
🌿 1/2 tbsp Green Cardamom Powder
🌹 1/4 Cup Rose Water
🍽 Method:
1️⃣ Soak dried dates (khajur) in water for 2-3 hours and cut them lengthwise.
2️⃣ Blanche almonds & pistachios for 2 minutes, then cut them lengthwise.
3️⃣ Bring 2.5L milk to a boil and cook on low flame for 20-30 mins.
4️⃣ Fry the mentioned nuts in ghee for 2-3 mins, then remove them (do not brown).
5️⃣ In the same ghee, roast sevaiyan for 2-3 mins.
6️⃣ Add roasted sevaiyan & nuts to the milk.
7️⃣ Add sugar and let it dissolve.
8️⃣ Finally, add cardamom powder & rose water and let it boil for 2 mins.
