Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients :
3 Eggs
1/2tsp Salt
1 - 2tbsp Oil to Fry Eggs
2tbsp Oil for Fried Rice
1tbsp Garlic
1/4 cup Spring Onion Whites
1/4 cup Carrot
1/4 cup French Beans
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Sugar
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 Cups Boiled Sella Rice
1/2tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1tsp White Vinegar
1tsp Chicken Powder
1/4 cup Spring Onion Greens
Method :
1. Wash & soak 1 cup golden sella rice for 2 hours. Cook the rice 100%.
2. Break 3 eggs and season with salt. Beat well.
3. Heat oil in a pan. Pour the eggs and wait till its half cooked. Once it is half cook start scrambling the eggs.
4. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and fry it till light golden brown.
5. Add chopped spring onion whites, carrot and french beans. Saute for few seconds.
6. Add salt, sugar and pepper. Mix well and saute for few seconds.
7. Add boiled rice, soya sauce, vinegar, chicken powder, ajinamoto and spring onion greens. Mix well and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
8. Add scrambled eggs and mix well.
9. Enjoy with tomato ot schezwan sauce or team it up with your favourite chinese gravy.
