Easy Mango Sago Recipe | Summer Special

Ingredients :
Coconut Jelly
2 Cups Coconut Water
2tbsp Sugar
1tsp Agar Agar

Mango Jelly
Mango Jelly as per packet Instructions

1/2 cup Sago (boiled)
Puree of 1 Mango + 1/2 cup Milk
1 litre Milk reduced to half quantity
1 Chopped Mango
Condensed Milk
Ice Cubes

Method :
1. Prepare coconut jelly, by adding sugar and agar agar to coconut water. Dissolve and Bring it to a boil. Pour it in a container and allow it to set for 20 - 30 mins.
2. Prepare mango jelly by adding contents of mango jelly in 500ml boiling water. Allow it to dissolve and pour it in a container and allow it to set for 30 mins.
3. Add sago to boiling water and boil for 8 - 10 mins. Strain and rinse.
4. Reduce 1 litre milk to half quantity.
5. Prepare mango puree of 1 mango using half cup milk.
6. Cut both the jellies into small cubes.
6. Now in a bowl, add boiled sago, coconut jelly, mango jelly, condensed milk, mango puree, reduced milk, ice cubes and chopped mango. Mix well.
7. Pour it in glasses and enjoy chilled.
