Chicken Russian Cutlets are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, making them a perfect snack for any occasion. This easy step-by-step homemade recipe helps you prepare delicious bakery-style chicken cutlets that are ideal for tea time, parties, or Iftar.

Russian Cutlet

Ingredients :
250g Boneless Chicken
2 Potatoes
1/2 cup Carrot
1/2 Cup French Beans
1tbsp Chillies
Salt as per taste
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 Cup Water
2tbsp Butter
2tbsp All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Milk
Salt as per taste
1/2tsp Pepper
1/2tsp Cumin Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
2tbsp Coriander
1 Egg
Sevaiyan
Oil to Deep Fry

Method :
1. In to a pressure cooker, add chicken, potatoes, carrot, french beans, chillies, salt, chicken powder and black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and water. Mix well. Pressure cook on high flame till 1 whistle and simmer for 5 mins.
2. Mash everything.
3. To prepare the white sauce, melt butter in a pan. Add flour and mix well. Add milk and cook till it thickens.
4. Add white sauce to chicken mixture and mix well.
5. Add salt, pepper, cumin powder, black pepper and chopped coriander. Mix well and cook till mixture is dry
6. Make small balls and dip them in beaten egg. Coat them in sevaiyan and fry till light golden brown on medium to high flame.
