Dilkhush Kebab
Ingredients - Marination :
500g Chicken
1/2 cup Fresh Cream
1tsp Salt
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1tsp Balck Pepper Powder
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
4 - 5 Green Chillies
2tbsp Chopped Coriander
Cheese Stuffing :
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
A Pimch of Salt
1tbsp Chopped Coriander
1tsp Chilli Flakea
Method :
1. Mix in a bowl, fresh cream, salt, chicken powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, chillies & chopped coriander. Mix well.
2. Slice the chicken thinly and hammer it to flatten it a bit.
3. Place chicken in marination and mix well. Marinate for 10 mins.
4. Grate mozarella cheese and add salt, chilli flakes and coriander. Mix well.
5. Place a spoonfull of stuffing on a slice of chicken. Roll it tightly and seal.
6. Heat oil & butter in a pan. Add the kebabs and fry on high heat fot 5 mins or till light golden brown on both sides.
7. Sprinkle the left over cheese oven the chicken. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and coriander.
8. Cover and cook on low flame till chicken melts.
9. Enjoy with your favourite kebab chutney or mayo ketchup dip.
