Chicken Seekh Kebab – Juicy, smoky, and packed with bold spices, these melt-in-the-mouth chicken seekh kebabs are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:
500g Chicken Thighs
4tbsp Onion (finely cut and juices squeezed out)
8 - 10 Garlic Cloves
2 inch Ginger
6 Green Chillies
1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves
1.5tsp Salt as per Taste
1tsp Cumin Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
1tsp Cardamom Powder
2tsp Shan Seekh Kebab Masala
2 Egg Whites

Method:
1. Chop onion and squeeze the juice from it.
2. Add to a food processor chicken thighs, garlic, ginger, green chillies, salt, garam masala, cumin powder, cardamom powder, shan kebab masala and egg white. Make fine paste. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Give charcoal smoke for 1 minute.
3. Wet your hands and make seekh kebabs.
4. Cook seekh kebabs on direct flame for 1 - 2 mins till char marks are visible.
5. Remove from seekh.
6. Heat some oil in a pan. Add kebabs and fry them on low medium flame for 10 - 12 mins or till chicken is cooked well.
