Chicken Pancakes
Ingredients:
200g Chicken
1 & 1/2 Eggs
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1/2tsp Black Pepper
2 Chillies
1tbsp Chopped Coriander
3tbsp Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Mozarella Cheese
1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
2tbsp Oil to Fry
Method:
1. Chop the chicken breast into small pcs.
2. Mix everything together & shallow fry for 3 mins on each side.
