Chicken Malai Boti Samosa
Ingredients :
400g Boneless Chicken Thighs (cut into small pcs)
2tbsp Oil
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4tsp Carrom Seeds
1tbsp Grated Garlic
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/2 Cup Cream
2tbsp Milk Powder
1/4tsp Ajinamoto
1/2tsp Chilli Flakes
1/2tsp Oregano
1/4tsp Thyme
1 Capsicum
1/2 cup Boiled Sweet Corn

Oil to Deep Fry
Method :
1. Add oil, salt, chicken powder, black pepper and carrom seeds to chicken. Mix well and marinate for 30 mins.
2. Mix mayo, fresh cream, milk powder, ajinamoto, chilli flakes, oregano and thyme.
3. Cook chicken till well done.
4. Add capsicum, boiled sweet corn and cream mixture.
5. Prepare samosas.
6. Deep fry till light golden brown.
