Ingredients :
6 Lollipops made from Drumsticks or 1 Dozen Chicken Lollipop made from wings
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1tsp White Vinegar
1/2tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Batter
Ingredients :
1/2 Cup Cornflour
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4tsp Salt
1/4tsp Chicken Powder
1 Egg
1/8tsp Orange Red Food Color + 1/8tsp Tomato Red Color
1/4 Cup Water
Method :
1. Combine the chicken lollipops with salt, chicken powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, soy sauce, white vinegar, and ginger garlic paste. Allow to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
2. Incorporate the ingredients designated for the lollipop batter, then dip the marinated chicken lollipops into the prepared batter. Fry for 8 - 10 minutes over a medium flame.
3. Serve with Schezwan sauce for optimal enjoyment.
