Part 1
Ingredients:
250g Chicken Thighs (cut into smaller pieces)
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
2tbsp All Purpose Flour
2 - 3tbsp Oil
Method:
1. Marinate chicken thighs with salt & pepper for 15 mins.
2. Add flour and coat chicken well.
3. Shallow fry for 6 - 7 mins

Ingredients:
1tbsp Oil
2tbsp Butter
2tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
1tsp All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Water
1/2tsp Chicken Powder
1/2tsp Oregano
1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder
1tsp Lemon Juice
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Sugar
A Little Chopped Parsley
Method:
1. Add oil & melt the butter in a pan.
2. Add garlic & saute for a minute.
3. Add all purpose flour and saute for a few seconds.
4. Add water, salt, chicken powder, oregano, black pepper powder, lemon juice, a pinch of Salt & sugar. Mix Well.
5. Add fried chicken & mix well.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley.
