Bohri Chicken Cutlet Recipe

Ingredients for Bohri Chicken Cutlet

500g Chicken Paste
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
1 tsp Salt 🧂 (or as per taste)
1 tsp Chicken Powder
1 tsp Chilli Flakes 🌶️
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Butter
4 Slice Bread 🍞
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Chopped Mint Leaves 🍃
Oil for Deep Frying 🛢️

🥚 Coating:

🔹 Butter Crumbs 🍞
🔹 2 Eggs 🥚
🔹 1/4 tsp Salt 🧂
🔹 2 tbsp Milk 🥛

How to Make Bohri Chicken Cutlet (Step-by-Step)

👨‍🍳 Method:

1️⃣ Grind chicken to a fine paste.
2️⃣ Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt, chicken powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, bread crumbs, boiled potato, chopped coriander, and mint leaves. Mix well.
3️⃣ Make balls and coat them with breadcrumbs. Press and shape into big-sized cutlets.
4️⃣ Add salt and milk to eggs. Beat well.
5️⃣ Heat oil. Sprinkle beaten eggs with your fingers into hot oil to form a web. Coat cutlet with egg and place it in hot oil.
6️⃣ Throw some oil on the cutlet. Sprinkle some more egg.
7️⃣ Flip and sprinkle some more egg again.
8️⃣ Fry on low to medium flame until light golden brown.
