Basque Cheesecake Recipe | Creamy Burnt Cheesecake at Home

Ingredients :
400g Cream Cheese
100g Castor Sugar
3 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1/4tsp Salt
200ml Whipping Cream (Amul)
2.5tbsp All Purpose Flour

Method:
1. Line a 6 inch round cake tray with butter paper.
2. All ingredients should be room temperature. Start by beating the cream cheese with castor sugar until soft.
3. Add eggs, vanilla essence and salt. Beat till well incorporated.
4. Add whipping cream and beat till it doubles.
5. Add sieved flour and beat again till well incorporated.
6. Strain the mixture into the lined baking tray.
7. Preheat oven at 230° C for 10 mins.
8. Bake at 230° C for 25 mins.
9. Remove and let it come to room temp. Place in fridge for 4- 6 hrs.
10. Cut it and enjoy.
